MCP Integrator Privacy Notice
Last Modified: October 31, 2026
This notice supplements the G-Integrator Privacy Policy and describes how the MCP Integrator Commerce Finance Ops service handles data from the platforms you connect, including QuickBooks Online data received from Intuit. Where this notice conflicts with general website or marketing provisions of the main policy, this notice controls for MCP Integrator data.
MCP Integrator is a hosted service that connects your Shopify store, Stripe account, and QuickBooks Online company to answer order-to-cash questions, such as order financials, payout reconciliation, and customer payment history.
Information We Access
With your authorization, the service accesses only the records needed for the features you use:
- QuickBooks Online (Intuit): accounting records such as
invoices, payments, deposits, customers, and related transaction details,
under the
com.intuit.quickbooks.accountingOAuth scope you grant. - Shopify: orders, customers, and Shopify Payments payouts.
- Stripe: payouts, balance transactions, charges, and refunds, via a restricted API key you provide.
How We Use It
We use data from connected platforms exclusively to provide and improve the user-facing features of the service: computing order financials, reconciling payouts against orders and accounting records, surfacing unreconciled items, and presenting customer payment history. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising or marketing, do not transfer it to data brokers, and do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.
What We Store
- Connection credentials: OAuth access and refresh tokens (and Stripe restricted keys) are stored encrypted at rest with AES-256 encryption. They are used only to call the platforms on your behalf.
- Reconciliation results: the service retains per-workspace reconciliation records (for example payout and transaction identifiers, match status, amounts, and variances) and the results of the analyses you run, so that completed work remains available to you. These records can include transaction amounts and customer identifiers from the connected platforms.
- Operational records: account information (workspace name, user email, hashed password) and operational audit entries (which analysis ran, when, and whether it succeeded). Audit entries do not contain platform record contents.
All stored data is segregated per customer workspace, hosted on secured AWS infrastructure, and protected in transit with HTTPS/TLS.
Disconnecting and Deletion
You can disconnect QuickBooks, Shopify, or Stripe at any time from the service's Connections page; for QuickBooks you can also revoke access from your Intuit account. Disconnecting stops all future access and invalidates the stored credentials. To request deletion of stored reconciliation results, account information, or other data held for your workspace, email [email protected] with the subject "Privacy: Data Deletion". We verify the request is authorized before deleting, subject to any legal retention obligations.
