What is Chargebee Admin?

Chargebee Admin is a completely free Android app for managing an existing Chargebee site (Product Catalog 2.0) from your phone: customers, subscriptions, plan items and prices, coupons, invoices, payment transactions and revenue dashboards. There is no subscription, no in-app purchases and no ads.

We built it for ourselves — G-Integrator runs its own subscription billing on Chargebee, and our team uses this exact app every day — so improvements we make for our own work ship directly to you.

Install the app

  1. Open Chargebee Admin on Google Play on your Android device (Android 8.0 or newer).
  2. Tap Install. The app is free and there is nothing to purchase or activate.

Connect your Chargebee site

You need an existing Chargebee site and a Chargebee API key. The app does not create a Chargebee account and does not include a Chargebee subscription.

  1. In Chargebee, open Settings → Configure Chargebee → API keys and create or copy an API key. A full-access key unlocks every feature; a restricted read-only key is enough if you only want to browse data and dashboards.
  2. Launch the app and enter your site name — for acme.chargebee.com the site name is acme — and the API key.
  3. Leave Remember Credentials checked to save the validated connection encrypted on your device, or uncheck it for a session-only connection that is forgotten when the app closes.
  4. Tap Save & connect. A successful connection opens the Dashboard.

You can save multiple site/key pairs and switch between them, or change the connection later from the Settings tab.

What you can do

  • Dashboard — total MRR, active subscription count, 30-day billing and net payments, unpaid invoices, plus billing/payments/refunds trend charts.
  • Customers — paginated list with sorting and filters (email, name, company, auto-collection, created date); create, edit and delete customers.
  • Subscriptions — list all or per customer; create subscriptions, change plan or quantity, cancel immediately or at end of term, pause, resume, reactivate, extend trials.
  • Plans (Product Catalog 2.0) — create, edit and delete plan items and item prices.
  • Coupons — create, edit and delete coupons.
  • Billing — view invoices and payment transactions and download invoice PDFs to your device's Downloads folder.

Available actions always depend on your API key permissions and site configuration.

Security & privacy

  • Credentials are stored only on your device using Android encrypted storage — they are never sent to G-Integrator servers.
  • The app communicates exclusively with https://<your-site>.chargebee.com over HTTPS.
  • There are no analytics SDKs and no data collection. See the privacy policy for details.
  • Use only sites you are authorized to administer — write actions affect real customer billing.
