Open Get HubSpot Analytics… → Data Breakdowns, pick a report and a time period (daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly) and click Execute. Large result sets are paged automatically.

Build custom reports with filters

Open Get HubSpot Analytics… → Get Custom Reports to run any of the 35+ ready-made reports — commerce reports built from Invoices, Line Items, Quotes, Orders and Deals (aging, balances, sales, transaction lists), CRM activity reports and marketing & web analytics. Pull custom objects and HubDB tables

Use Custom Objects… (Premium) for user-defined CRM objects, or Get More Data… → Get HubSpot DB Data for HubDB tables, contact lists and form submissions. Custom objects may require a one-time re-authorization to grant the additional OAuth scopes.
