The Subscription lookup card shows your license status, current plan, days remaining, days left in trial, customer and subscription IDs, and — for group subscriptions — the number of seats on your license. G-Integrator admins can additionally look up any account by email to help with support requests.

Switch plans with instant estimates

The Subscription plans card lists every available plan side by side with pricing. Before you confirm a switch, the portal shows exactly what will happen: any prorated charge due now, credits applied, or credits issued for the unused period of your current plan — no surprises on your next invoice.

Update your payment method

Click the update-payment button on the plans card to open a secure, Chargebee-hosted page where you can change the card on file. Your card details never touch G-Integrator servers.
